Located in Palmetto, FL's historic district, Eleanor's is a quaint coffee shop that was transformed from its original 1912 Palmetto State Bank building to what it is today. Many features were restored to keep the historic feeling. 

Located in Sarasota, FL we consulted on converting empty shell space to fully functional workplace. We coordinate every phase of the project, including permitting, design collaboration, construction management, trade coordination, inspections, and final occupancy approvals.
